We strive to make the search process results-oriented and enjoyable. After gaining a comprehensive understanding of your organization’s needs and the key attributes of your ideal candidate, we create a customized profile and sourcing strategy. We then compile a tailor-made plan to match your organization’s dynamic ensuring that the position’s required skills and experience are met.
Our research team takes the search criteria and begins the search, making sure all key components are checked off. The research team actively seeks exceptional candidates through extensive research in our own internal and external database, and networking through multiple sources. Next, our Executive Search Consultants begin the recruiting process. They usually speak with 80 to 150 or more potential candidates that have been targeted. After initial screening, candidates are appraised by our consultants. We speak with you regularly to weigh qualified emerging candidates.
Once a strong slate of candidates has been constructed, we facilitate initial assessments and interviews with each candidate. We coordinate, compile interview materials, and prepare candidates. After each round of interviews, we debrief you and the candidate to evaluate qualifications, fit, impressions and level of interest to select a finalist.
Once a finalist is identified, we work with you and the candidate to remove obstacles, assist in the negotiation process, and work toward offer acceptance and start date. After an offer is accepted, we continue to work with you and your new placement to ensure a successful transition.
Once a start date has occurred, we follow up with you and your new team member, to make sure that all expectations are met and a smooth transition is taking place. We continue to follow up on a periodic basis; as we value our ongoing partnership with you.
